This dialogue results in easily understood requirements that translate into realistic technical solutions. Other advantages include a DoD directive stating that the GSA Schedule is a preferred Source of Supply. As a small business, awards made to Omen, Inc. apply to contracting activity Small Business Goals. Awarding work to Omen, Inc. under the GSA schedule cuts costs, paperwork, and time.
